Solly Fern is a 25-year-old folk rock artist from South Australia whose music celebrates persistence and resilience. Singer, guitarist and pianist, Solly’s songwriting blends folk roots with rock elements, shaped by years of busking, gigging and travelling in a beat up van. After leaving classical vocal studies in 2020, she pursued her own path and faced a pivotal moment in late 2024, choosing to leave behind her first album to escape a damaging collaborative fallout. From the ashes, Solly reclaims four tracks that will form the foundation of her upcoming debut album, Into Halves.
